Beroende på ditt licensavtal av EndNote är det några saker du behöver känna till vid skapande av ditt EndNote Web konto.
EndNote X2 Single Users

EndNote X2 Floating (Concurrent)
If you buy an EndNote desktop concurrent network license then the EndNote users working with this type of a license will be able to sign up for an EndNote Web account. Any EndNote concurrent user license now allows up to 50 EndNote Web accounts to be set up.
EndNote X2 Volume License
Om du har installerat en volumelicens (tag kontakt med din system administratör eller oss, ProgramPaketet, om du är osäker på vilken licenstyp ni har) har ni möjlighet att upprätta lika många EndNote web konton som ni har licenser av EndNote. Dvs har ni köpt en 85 använare av EndNote har ni således rätt till 85 konton av EndNote Web. För att hålla reda på vilka som har upprättat konto, och så inte samma person upprättar flera konton, rekommenderas att en person har översikt över antal EndNote web konton som används.
EndNote Site Agreement License
Under förutsättning att inget annat är avtal , har EndNote Site License kunder obegränsad tillgång till EndNote Web. Avtalsunderlag behöver fyllas i för EndNote Site Licenses, för nedladdning av detta se;
EndNote Web Subscription - endast för EndNote Site License kunder.
ISI Web of Knowledge
Tillgång av ISI Web of Knowledge ger även möjlighet för användande av EndNote Web. Vid val av överföring utav referenser från ISI Web of Knowledge till EndNote web kommer du att få erbjudande om att skapa ett EndNote Web konto. Efter angivit användarnman (e-postadress) samt skapande av lösenord har du ditt eget EndNote Web.
EndNote Web at home/other site (IP Authenticated site customers)
When people create EndNote Web accounts at work from an IP authenticated site, they gain one year of roaming so they can access their EndNote Web account anywhere they have an internet connection. Each time they sign on to EndNote Web from an IP authenticated account the roaming period is restored to one year.
